Stayed in Amari in January too, and did some online shopping but due to shipping issues it didn’t reach before I left. The staff Haziq at the front desk recognized me and delivered my package when he saw me this time. I was very impressed as I didn’t expect to receive my package after six months. Very personalized service for return guests. Thank you.

The location is near the town, making it accessible to many duty-free shops, good restaurants, nice outdoor places, and several leisure activities that do not involve beaches. The room is spacious and clean. Some of the rooms have a good view of the bay or sea.

A good location near markets restaurants and the centre of the action, but everything was about a 5 minute walk away - that being said they have excellent laundry service, a restaurant and a store right at the property, so if you don't want to walk 5 minutes there's everything you need right there

- mostly kids and families was not great to me especially in swimming pool and lobby. - very far from airport and other critical destinations and big malls. - it wasn't calm during the day and evening

I am very sad because I book for 2 single beds with windows. But they upgrade me one double bed and one single bed for three persons room without window. I told them not value for me for the upgrading. They should give me discount, not the upgrading. The upgraded room not really clean and no power point beside the bed.
