we got a Level Room and it was worth the upgrade - fantastic staff , beautiful lounge to have breakfast or evening cocktails in. staff remembered our names and did their best all the time. main dining breakfast has a much larger selection and was fantastic. i personally like the bathroom. the hotel is right next to Imbi monorail station and directly opposite Berjaya Times Square - so easy to explore from!

nothing to do with the hotel - KL traffic is horrendous especially during peak hours in this area. give yourself time if u need to book a Grab, if not you can use the train and cab from somewhere less crowded.

i like everything about this hotel, even it is a bit far from central market that u need to walk for about 10-15 mins depends on your own speed. the room is comfortable, the aircond functioning well, the hotel reply fast when i need to check in late

Shower is the highlight. The power of water was strong. Azli was very helpful and kind as well another lady with short hair, forgot her name. Cleaning was every day👍 Very minimalistic room with comfortable bed. Lobby was really beautiful.

Breakfast was ok, not many options. Many tables were used and not clean after customers left. Iron was in a different room, they don’t bring to your room. Amenities were not replenished every day. Some of the rooms have windows to the opposite corridor which was strange. I usually don’t close the curtains so whatever I do people would see it. Nevertheless, Mr. Azli assisted me to the different room with the normal window.

The bed sheets and towels were not "fresh". Had to get our own towels eventually. The bed sheet in the third room had a smell and was off white!! The common bathroom ceiling was mouldy with black stains around the vent. Had to clean up the bathroom ourselves. On the day of check out, only one lift was functioning. Took half an hour to get place in the lift down. The lift entrance at the carpark level needs a fresh coat of paint. Was not welcoming at all.
