Positive section of review
Location is great, so many places to eat or find something to drink within a 3 minute walking radius. Also a few pharmacies and general stores very close. The property is amazing, very spacious room, fast elevators, excellent amenities. Majority of issues brought up in negative reviews were handled or not present in our stay. No smells and bathroom was clean, water heater power switch was labeled and explained how long it takes for water to heat up, washer worked absolutely fine, and kitchen was stocked enough for two people to have a meal. Really liked the dual AC in the room making it very comfortable. The pool on the 8th floor is a real highlight of the property but the gym also is a nice addition on floor 30. Front desk operation hour are also posted in the lobby.

Only thing I didn't like was it was kind of loud due to a new building being constructed a couple streets away and they would start up fairly early banging stuff around. Really no fault of the property but something to be aware of as I feel maybe the sound insulation could be better. Maybe thicker windows and curtains to block outside noise.

I like this because they are very efficient. They changed the sheets every single day. The bathrooms are clean and there's a pool and there is also the ability to hang your clothes dry and wash your clothes too.. also the guy receptionist is so amazing. He is very friendly. And people are really considerate.

While not in the center, it’s a quick Grab anywhere. Two fantastic restaurants downstairs and a 24 hour quickie-mart. The host is exceptional. It’s also high up, so you get great views and little street noise! Wish I had more pictures to show!

Elevator. You are high up so sometimes takes a bit. I’m from nyc so wasn’t really a problem as I’m used to high rises. Also it’s on the back of the building so when you roll up in a cab, it might be challenging to find as it’s a big compound with 4 towers. Once you do, it’s not a problem going forward.

Need an update in kitchen and bathroom really had the worst smell coming out of the drain had to keep is blocked when not used.
