Big spacious rooms, with really good fans for when it is hot at night! Really clean and the cleaner can clean your room during your stay with was great! Location really good, near the main area of la punts but just outside so it’s a lot quieter. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils too which is great!

Sometimes there’s a weird smell around but not sure if it was coming from inside or outside the property!

I would like to give big thanks to Mary the receptionist in the Hotel for the great job she does, she was amazing and she facilitated and helped in every good way. She is excellent. Everyone was good but Mary was very exceptional. She deserves more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you very much 🙏

Everything was great, awesome communication from the staff since day one, the location is priceless, so easy to wonder around by walk, lots of cafes, restaurants and night life near by, beds and bedrooms are comfy.

Free shuttle is a good service. Rooms were large and clean. Great lighting in bathroom. Offered self laundry facilities at a cost. Gym was good too

Breakfast buffet was mostly gone later in the service and not replenished. Empty waffle batter. Shuttle was hard to organise had to call after landing, so you need to make sure you have a working phone.

The room was big and the bed was comfy. The bed sheets had a hole in it though.

The staff were so rude. The food is ok at the best of times. When we arrived we were given a room beside the kids club, with a closet with electrical wires, no lock on the door and a broken safe. The balcony was in a bush so you couldn’t go out there either. I honestly nearly started crying when I seen the room. I went out to reception and told them I wasn’t staying in that room that I wasn’t happy. They changed my room but to a room without a balcony and continued to argue with me when I said I wasn’t happy because I had paid for one. They said I paid for a standard room… which does in fact come with a balcony. It was an argument that just went in circles. Finally, they favour Mexican guests over any others. A young couple got into a disagreement with a Mexican man and the hotel took his side even though he was in the wrong. It actually lead to the American couple getting arrested. All other guests watched this it was honestly awful to watch. The Americans were teenagers and bystanders were threatened that if they tried to interfere they would be arrested too. It was honestly an awful stay. I think you should consider advertising it on booking.com at all. I’ve already wrote to customer services.
