The room started to fall apart after i checked in. The shower head flew off while i was taking a shower. There weren’t any blankets or wash cloths and no one really spoke English so i never got a blanket. Also the toilet got clogged the last 2 days of my stay and the tv kept going out and was only in Spanish. I couldn’t even turn English captions on. Other than that it was ok for the price. The location is downtown which is pretty much the slums of Cancun

there was no air condition in room, even on request they didnt provide even Fan ( i was ready to pay for the fan extra even)... as i already paid, and then i came to know about this, i was helpless.. they didn't even took interest to solve this issue... better to stay on road then this hotel...
