Everything was perfect, we went with our two kids and we enjoyed the beach, the food, the service and my daughter loved the kids club. They had activities all day and it was super fun to the kids. Betsa was especially careful with my 3 years old daughter and she teached her a lot of crafts. Each day they had full agenda for the kids. They cooked, they played inside and outside in the pool or at the beach, they made crafts, etc.

Perfect location - easy access to city (walkable) and beach / cenotes / archeological sites (by bike), while location provided a quiet retreat. Staff went above and beyond, including arranging last minute transport from the airport. Such a beautiful spot and peaceful trip, just what I needed!

Despite being a Yoga resort, yoga is not included in the room rate and is rather expensive. I did join twice though and it was an incredible experience.

The place was beautifully furnished, great location, and good hot water (just need to wait for system to heat up). The property manager, Jo, was really attentive. Never met but quick responses through WhatsApp, and easily sorted early check-in for us. Would stay there again when back on Isla Mujeres.

Although we booked a double room with a balcony, balcony rooms don’t exist so false advertising. The room also had two small beds in so me and my partner had to sleep separately all week, despite being advertised as a double. The shower was abysmal and I had to wash my hair elsewhere as it was just a dribble. We had to change rooms three times upon arrival as no safes worked.

Hotel felt like a 2 star. Very old and dated. No proper lobby area. Food was very average and 3-4 people in our group got an upset tummy after the first day and we only ate food in the hotel. We had lagoon view rooms and we were sold ocean view on the 12 floor - apparently at a discounted rate. But the wind made a howling noise and some issue with air con meant the room floor got wet with condensation if the balcony door was opened. There was also condensation and leaking water on the floor so that one person in our group slipped and hurt her knee. We are definitely not going back!
