Everything! A fabulous place to stay in a quiet, peaceful part of Tulum but close enough to easily walk to the main drag with its bars and restaurants. Christian was the perfect host, super friendly and helpful and really good with communication before I arrived (particularly directions and arrival at the property) and during my stay. He was very accommodating about my late arrival and even met me in person to check me in despite the late hour. My room was lovely, a really comfortable bed (I slept so well) and a lovely shower. Breakfast was great, tasty and plenty of it. I can't recommend this place enough, after a very long journey to get there, it felt like a true home from home as soon as I arrived

The staff is fabulous. We only stayed for one night but we enjoyed the location (it is close to everything) and even though it was raining a lot during our stay, we were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi with other guests. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and menu. Breakfast was included and it was great - we chose pancakes with fresh fruit and fresh papaya juice.

A beautiful hotel in a great location right on the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to walk to and from to enjoy the bars and restaurants. My room was a good size, lovely and clean, comfy bed, great shower, I slept really well. Breakfast was tasty and all the staff were so genuinely friendly and helpful.

Dreamy little oasis of a place, so well maintained. Lots of hummingbirds and butterflies flying around. Fab breakfast. Seems to draw a lovely crowd, and defo not a party hostel. Super lovely staff who kept everywhere clean. Loved San Cristobal and I would defo come back here!

When I was booking through booking.com and choosing the room, I saw that had photos of different rooms. Some of them ugly and without a window, others pretty. So I emailed to ask the hotel if we could have one of the pretty orange rooms. They said we could have it if it would be available. Upon arrival we were told the room was available, but that it was more than twice the price. Super frustrating! Now we had to sleep in an ugly room without a window. If I would have known this, I would have booked a different hotel. And the staff was really indifferent about it. They called it ‘a miscommunication’, well I disagree. My question before making the booking, was very clear! They didn’t offer an upgrade or a free drink or any sort of compensation. I am never going back

Not much around at walking distance, you will need to catch a bus or a taxi whenever you want to go somewhere. Flat a bit scruffy. Welcome mat dirty. Total lack of any turistical information.
