Super aesthetic, colorful and clean hostel. Aircon turned on overnight in the rooms which made the dorm very comfy. Every single one of the staff were lovely and fun (shoutout to Tony from the bar and Jonathan!) Loved the food, drinks and atmosphere in the rooftop bar - not an aggressive party hostel but a great atmosphere and lots of opportunities to meet people.

Since we booked twice with them we could leave our luggage there which was nice. Apart from one lady the reception staff is rather moderately enthusiastic about their job. I would expect a bit more "friendliness" and so on... The location is close to public transport metro bus, metro (currently only buses), in a good area.
Negative section of review
The room is big but the bathroom had always some funny smell (drainage, sewere), plus the air- condition is not the youngest one it does give some funny clicking noise. We asked at the reception to organize a taxi to the airport and specifically requested to be able to pay by card. They organized the worst possible driver for us. So this left us with a sour taste since it questions the ability to organize such a rather simple task.

The breakfast is a classic 'local' breakfast. Staff was helpful they speak only Spanish. They helped us to find a car+driver after the rental agency cancelled our car. Its close to the park but on a busy street 30+ min. walking from the city centre. Spacious big rooms. Good comfort.
Negative section of review
Some people wrote it was an excellent breakfast, I mean its OK but I would not call it excellent. Its a bit further from the centre but you'll see it on the map anyway. They use to have hand towels (sign on the mirror still points it out) but they stoped giving this according to the cleaning lady. Which is a bit weird because a hand towel is not a big deal.
