Thank you to the staff at front desk (can't remember his name) but he did helped me to find small change to pay the taxi. The location is great, less than a minute walking to the nearest bus stop at the main road (you can take local bus to bring you to Cotai area). To go to The Ruins of St Paul or Senado Square, you can just walk from the hotel - around 10mins. Service is good, bathroom is clean, it also has like a pantry with basic snacks / beverages. Overall, we love our 3 nights stay at this hotel

Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the extra amenities such as robe and slippers. We had great service from staff, especially Joyce and Keith at the check in desk. Pool staff was also very nice.

In the room, we found a random pill and dirty tissue in one of the bathroom drawers. Also found pink powder around the bathtub. Was also disappointed that the “adults only” pool was closed the one full day we were there. Had to deal with a family at the pool shouting and spitting in and out of the pool which was disturbing. Unfortunately also, hallways smelled a bit smokey.

The design of the property was sophisticated. All staffs are super helpful especially the housekeeping team and the FO team when they get to know about my missing passport incident.

Hotel doesn’t provide any water or food facility. No casino of its own . But you have 7eleven right opposite open almost the entire time to get things you need .
