Very nice, clean, comfortable and light-filled property. Incredible views of Kotor Bay from the front rooms and balcony and pool terrace. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us all. Swimming piers within 5 minutes walk and a small food shop same distance. Boat trip of the bay can also be picked up from a nearby pier. Roof top pool was a bonus but the sea is nice to swim in too. A huge bonus is the owner Alexsandra who was exceptionally kind and helpful and made our stay a lot easier an nicer. Would 100% recommend this apartment

It was a nice, clean villa with 4 or 5 small apartments managed like a small boutique hotel. The apartment was clean, with a small kitchen area equipped with utensils. There was a reception desk. People operating the villa were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are smaller than the photos shown in the description of the property here on booking.com. Long stays in a small room can be problematic. It's little far from the beach area as well as old town. And Budva has no public transport, which I found crazy. You have just 2 options - walking and taking the taxi.

Perfect location, very clean what i liked most. Everything in just 50 meters, beach, restaurants, bars. Loved the morning sea view also where you can drink coffe and look at the beautifull Olt Town of Ulcinj. Recommended 👍

A new hotel that probably opened recently, with an adjacent parking lot, and that pretty much sums up all its advantages because the disadvantages are many and some of them are even very disappointing. In a town where the temperature drops to less than 8° in the evening this season and almost to 0° at night, it is expected that there will be heating in the rooms, but the heating system was not activated due to the considerations of the hotel owner who told us some strange story about a maintenance man who could not be found for some reason even though they had enough time to organize For our arrival. For a family with a baby, they managed to bring a small heating device and for all the other rooms they did not care. When we said it was impossible to stay in this cold, the owner said: "Find another place for you"... where would we find lodging for two couples late at night in such a small town? They put us in a room adjacent to another room with a family with a baby who had trouble falling asleep and cried until late at night, the problem between the rooms was an internal wooden door through which we heard everything and could not fall asleep despite being very tired! And not all the problems that this hotel has, but we'll settle for that. The hotel should not have opened in such conditions, despite its unrealized potential!! It's just a shame that this is how guests who pay for a reasonable hotel and not in an icy cave in the mountains are hosted there...

Wasn’t able to access the pool or fine dining restaurant. Poor cleanliness. Hotel manager gave a small refund on checkout due to complaints we had (which could not have been resolved even if we had mentioned earlier) Very detailed review on another well known review site for more information.
