You could not ask for a better location, right on the port, close by bus stops from and to Nice airport as well as local services. It is a walk-up - there may be a lift / elevator but I never saw it. Walkable to all points in Monaco (assuming you don't mind the hills - remember to use the ascenseurs publiques). No view to speak of but not a deal killer for me, I prefer the privacy compared to a hotel. Wifi worked, sofa and bed were comfy. Aircon worked great. Extremely well appointed kitchenette.

There is no shower, you have to use a shower head in the jacuzzi bath and be careful as there is no shower curtain. The bathroom sink was cracked. A modern bathroom would elevate my score to a 9 or 10.

It's not value for money for what we paid. It's just like any premier inn, located in an expensive place. No water till 2pm & not a good coffee for what we paid. Not impressed at all

Great view from the balcony, nice sesting area around the pool, drink prices were reasonable and bar staff very professional and friendly, cleaning staff exceptional and pretty good location.

Reception staff could be more helpful and customer focused, we were not even asked if our stay was ok on check out which is pretty standard for most hotels. I was also told prior to the trip that the swimming pool was heated and when we arrived told it was not which upset me as I was looking forward to a swim. The room we had was ok (541) however it looked a bit run down and needed some care.The bathroom door would not shut properly.The cooler was not working properly and when my husband reported to reception instead of sending someone to look at it he was left to fix it himself which is pretty poor service.The last thing is the paper cups, while staying in a hotel in Monaco I would have expected proper cups not paper cups very poor and very surprising not sure why you dont supply proper cups and saucers?

The host is very kind and helpful. The location of the accommodation is excellent, a short walk from the Casino. The accommodation is safe and well equipped.

Amazing view of the marina, room Exactly as photos show, so spacious with excellent facilities

Jets in bath needed to be cleaned turned them on and some dead spiders came out but the bath was nice even without them

Noisy construction next door, our balcony faced a huge construction site. our room was below the restaurant, from 6am thumping and dragging chairs woke us up .

The parking was a nightmare the hotel is on a tiny street and u have to park up ask where to park , the parking was very full not many spaces , then after that carry yr cases from the car park down steps to the hotel
