My stay at the desert camp was amazing. I was greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the endless dunes. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful. Just what I needed! The accommodation was rustic but luxurious, blending in with the natural surroundings. Comfortable tents offered a cozy retreat and the campfire in the evening was a delight. The starry night skies were mesmerising. The staff were attentive and the food was a delightful surprise! In short, this desert camp provided an unforgettable adventure, one that touched my soul with its beauty, tranquility, and warmth. I highly recommend it

It’s was an amazing experience to stay in this gorgeous villa. The owners are so nice and welcomed us with some Moroccan cookies. We will definitely come back for another stay and recommend this to all of ours friends and family.

We arrived in our room at 10.30pm after our flight. We had no towels in the room. We approached reception three times and were eventually told they had no towels??? Eventually at 12.30am in the morning they supplied a small towel. At 4.30am we were woken by constant banging noise until 6.30am either from the kitchen below or outside the building?? We had a meeting with the manager at 11am to tell him, Karim, of our experience. He said to go back to our room for an hour and he would shift us. At 12.30pm having heard nothing we rang reception to be told he was in a briefing meeting but they would move us to a new room. On arrival in the new room at 1pm again there were no towels! They eventually arrived at 3.30pm. Very poor communication and very disinterested staff!

Room was dirty shower leaking .. no ac had fan and no kettle provided .. are room phone didn’t work threw out are stay !! Several complaints made no one sorted ..
