I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect—The apartment itself was clean, and beautifully furnished,offering all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly welcoming . He provided clear communication from the beginning and was always available to answer any questions :) I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot

Good location, a short walk from the bus station & near the edge of the old town. The best feature is the rooftop terrace with fabulous views of the water. A very generous breakfast with attentive staff makes you want to linger longer. Spacious room, very clean and comfy.

Warm welcome and caring receptionist on first day. The hotel itself is beautiful and smells of roses throughout. Very comfy bed

Firstly they gave my friend twice food that they said was vegetarian and in fact it had meat and fish in. When asked they offered no apology. The main issue was I got horrendous food poisoning from the dinner I had there last night. I was up from 5am with violent diarrhoea and vomiting. When we explained this to the reception and asked if they could help the woman on reception was rude and showed no empathy. I had already told her I didn’t need a doctor just somewhere to lay down/sleep it off. There was no acknowledgment of making me sick and once they said we couldn’t check out late as they had a big party coming. We were there for six hours after we checked out and the large party hadn’t arrived. They could have easily let me sleep it off in a room until atleast 4/5 and would have still had time to change the room. I wasn’t offered as much as a blanket or checking in on my health. This was a very expensive treat and I’m shocked at the lack of care shown by the staff today. I work as a chef myself in London and know how differently I would react to being brought that information. When someone is sick due to your hotels food the least you could do is offer them a blanket to sleep under. I am genuinely shocked as it couldn’t be more different an experience than when we arrived the day before. I will be reporting this venue and leaving negative reviews as not a single member of staff came to see if I was ok.

The location is in the market, so very noisy 24 h. The room very small and the floor dirty. The room has bad smell, maybe from the blanket or the sheet.
