Great Location extremely nice apartment for me and my Sons. Bus stop outside the apartment, easy access to the Shopping Mall or the Old town of Klaipeda. Stayed here on previous occasions will be back again in a few weeks.

Lovely boutique vibe hotel with personalized approach and super comfy bed. Delicious breakfast and coffee to bed is extra treat. Ignas is a super host.

Very welcoming owner. The facilities have a well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a big fridge. The room was cozy and very clean.

it was rather difficult to find the entrance to the apartment. The description provided by the host wasn't clear enough. We had to call the host several times to find parking for our car and to find an apartment entrance

Private check in, the sink in the room (unfortunately without warm water), towels.

There were ants in our room (it makes sense because when we came in the balcony doors were wide open and there was a tree in our balcony which atracted a lot of bugs. The room had a strange chlorine smell, it was really odd. The toilet seemed dirty and the shower was very uncomfortable and dirty, it had a foul smell and we really didn't want to use it. There were 3 showers, and the two in the basement were broken and didn't have any hot water (maybe in that moment idk). Also when we arrived there were 2 people trying to get in our room and when we told that this room is occupied they still tried to open the door. This really ruined our stay.

My room was noisy because of construction and window view was blocked as well. A broken refridgerator was left in the middle of the room. No WIFI.

2 times there were no hot, even warn water in the shower. The e-mail with data to enter the apartment did not reach me. Not so helpful ladies-administrators. Need to improve the communication with the Customers. And be more fast.
