The staff was very helpful and had a lovely and welcoming attitude. The bed was comfortable and the room was neither hot or cold. The location is very good, right next to the cathedral.

The bathroom was usually wet and felt a bit untidy. Since there is no curtain on the shower, the water spills outside and the only mop to clean the mess is always wet so it doesn't really get the job done.

Location is good. Hard to find though. Plenty of shops or cafés around.. Easy to get to city centre.. (only a lot of road works. but that nothing to do with owners)

We read comments before booking. And we knew that it's not 5 stars hotel.. But mould on a shower ceiling didn't bother much. The shower holder didn't hold shower head though. That made showering bit complicated.

Everything except parking and bedding + towels visibility

Bedding and towels were put only for 2 adults even though booking was for 3 adults. Apparently extra bedding and towels were under the bed mattress, however this was only told after contacting the host. Usually these are left in the bathroom or on the bed so it will be visible to the guest straight away :) Very tough to get parking.

Was sold apartment under false advertising pictures had balcony was the reason i booked it so i wasn't being stuck in the room or having to climb all the steps after surgery, contacted owner no help at all
