I loved how clean and organised everything was. The interior, furniture, and amenities were nice too. However, the living room felt like an oven, it was really hot and dry. The outdoor smoking area had a couple of chairs, a small table, and an ashtray, but since we don't smoke, it wasn't much use to us. We tried sitting there to chat, but it was just way too hot.

The main gate closes too early, and the only way to open it is by calling the watchman, who often falls asleep in his chair. Even food deliveries as early as 10 PM found the gate closed. The promised internet was a pre-paid top-up service that ran out daily, requiring frequent contact with the owner. We were also charged for these top-ups without any prior notice, which was very inconvenient.

A little paradise on the beach of Negombo. This place is very beautiful, just perfect after or before a flight. There is a big garden with sea view with plants, tables, swing and a restaurant (food is very nice). In high season they also organize yoga lessons. There is a small library where you can access and they rent bikes. Just perfect! And staff so kind. Thank you 🤗

An oasis just back from the main Negombo beach strip. Extremely well maintained gardens and swimming pool, and very helpful staff.

Nice location on the edge of town. Breakfast was nice and different each day. Big room with nice outdoor area to relax.

There was a strong chemical smell in the room, likely moth balls, but was overpowering. Also some building work going on very late into the night, but this may have been a one off.
