Location a little less impressive than I was expecting. Swimming pool very small - but I used it every day, often more than once, for a very welcome dip in cool, clear, clean water.

Only positive rooms were big, spacious and modern. Wi-Fi was good.

Customer service/ the staff was the worst I’ve experienced in SE Asia. Terrible. - Not welcoming or friendly from the moment of arrival - Paid for the laundry, only to do half the job myself taking it off there washing line and folding it myself - A couple were screaming and arguing next door. Spoke to reception with Google translate and he laughed, joked and said he would go up. Clearly didn’t, as it continued. Translated either to and speak to them or refund me the night and I’ll go at 10pm at night. Never seen him move so fast. - Asked for an additional towel as had 2 the first day and only 1 the second day- asked questions and seemed a lot to ask but got it eventually. - Breakfast had sausage missing and ants were in the sugar, I gave up and paid for breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointed and I wouldn’t stay again. Would have thought I’d of extended my stay but I moved hotels.

The A/C leaks so we had to swap room and both room weren’t very clean, the rooms aren’t soundproofed so you hear a lot of people outside partying
