At LA CASA (the house) you will feel at EL HOGAR ( at home ). Mr Woo is an excellent host. I stayed for 6 days at the shared dormitory, 4 persons with one bath/shower. Relation quality-price is good for backpackers or solo travellers. The house is nice. You get basic breakfast and twice a week Mr Woo offers complimentary dinner for their guests to get acquiant. The house is in a quite neighbourhood, with tuktuks, shops and laundry nearby. In walking distance to Luang Prabang old town.. Can you expect more for the price you are paying.?

Big spacious room, lovely big bed. Exceptional breakfast , selection of fresh fruit and tea and coffee and juices. Also there was bread to make toast. The hotel provided you with services such as laundry , providing bikes & booking taxis . We were able to stay longer after check out as our train wasn’t until later in the day. Air con was good. Off the road so it was nice and quiet.

After the night bus from Vientiane, the resort is a quite garden paradise. Mrs Ngoc is an excellent host. We were thinking on having a rest the whole day and she convinced us and organised the visit to Bolaven Plateau, the falls, coffee and tea farms and the Champasak temples. She drove us also to the ATM and bank offices. Breakfast and dinner, excellent.

Excellent hotel in old colonial style, located in the ancient Luang Prabang, with the Mekong River in front and in walking distance to most historic temples. The restaurant at the riverside is top. The rooms are full equiped, wide, with huge confortable beds.

The owner was amazing and booked our bus to take us to Chiang Rai, and the location was excellent. We had an option for a takeaway breakfast which was made for us before our early bus ride. The bed was comfy, the Wi-Fi was good, and everything was clean.
