This is definitely a Love hotel :-) , I was alone and for me it was a little uncomfortable but otherwise the room is very clean. If you need to spend 1 night before departure it is definetly worth it.

Location, style. We had a small issue with a light that wouldn’t turn off, it was around midnight and within few minutes a technician arrived and solved the problem. Very efficient!

I wish our room was furnished as nicely as other rooms I saw in the photos on their website, it was much simpler instead. No big issue though.

The stay is very close to the train station, easy access if you want to go to your respective places. The room and the facilities worth the price, overall was a very good stay! :)

The property is in quite a good location in Gangnam, it’s about a 600m walk to Garosugil near shops and lots of food options. The rooms are big and generally was clean.

1) The living room and bathroom were downstairs and bedroom upstairs, the only phone available is also upstairs, so you have to climb up and down the stairs all the time, not pregnancy friendly. 2) Bathroom amenities such as lotion came in paper packets. Shower, shampoo and the likes came in a bar of soap, and doesn’t lather properly. Think this is supposed to be environmentally friendly and may be a personal preference but do not prefer bar of soap. There are two sinks in the bathroom, but only one bar of hand soap and one soap dish… this was a bit strange to me - again may be the hotel being environmentally friendly. 3) The bedroom consists of two double beds. Not queen beds, double beds. For couples this could be uncomfortably small. Possibly better for friends travelling together, sleeping on separate beds. 4) The room and all services supposedly can be controlled through a tablet in the room. However, the tablet is displayed only in Korean - so of no use if you don’t understand Korean. The front desk actually did not even explain the use of the tablet- we knew this from reading other reviews. Probably they figured we don’t know a word of Korean and won’t be able to use it anyway. I found this strange for a hotel - they don’t seem to cater to foreigners? 5) The pool is available to non hotel guests for a fee. There were a lot of bloggers or the likes doing photo shoots while we were trying to relax there, and also taking up all the chair space. It was not a good experience. While we were there we saw a couple come down from their room and then headed back without coming in because they saw all the bloggers filming. 6) The lobby is on a different floor to the ground floor, and there are no staff on the ground floor to point you in the direction of the lobby- it took us a few minutes to figure out how to get to the lobby for check in.

Small rooms. A little overpriced. No breakfast or room service available. There's a shared kitchen area in the lobby, guests can make coffee/tea, have cereal, cook eggs or make toast.

Location was not easy to find, at a very busy area

I got lost because there are many hotels with similar name, a distinction must be made at least for international guests.
