Cheese Stay has everything you need for a comfortable experience! The interior is welcoming, the amenities are thoughtful and the location is close to 2 major stations which made travelling very easy. The host is very responsive and kind. I will definitely be returning here! Thank you so much.

Proximity to Seoul Station; easy access on foot with suitcases; digital entry so no keys or cards to lose/return; super clean; excellent facilities; lots of extras included by the hosts; great privacy with 2 separate bedrooms; Awesome little Cafe 2 doors away.

Excellent location, walking distance to main subway, buses and red road full with shops and restaurants. Quiet at night. Secure, lots of codes. Good air con and purifier. Has lockers. Nice pod style beds for privacy. Had snacks and water in kitchen space.

No staff present. It's a contactless situation which I was not expecting. However I could message them on booking.com and they responded quickly any time I needed their assistance. The space is kept clean but in general it shows its age in terms of hygiene and could do with some updates.

The location from where camp Humphreys is located and all the communication between Myself and the owner was excellent! The shower was amazing, hot water and a big shower. The Beds were completely comfortable and clean

I didn’t like the camera that was on top of the ceiling. Yes the owner reassured me the camera is only facing towards the front door area it still did not make my family or myself completely comfortable. There’s no elevator only steps. If you are handicap or in a wheelchair this is not the best option to stay.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked a reservation for three nights, which included breakfast and airport pick-up, through Booking.com. However, upon my arrival at the airport, I received a message stating that I needed to purchase a bus ticket for 17,000 KRW to get to the hotel. Additionally, when I inquired about the breakfast included in my booking, I was informed that I needed to pay 340,000 KRW. Despite showing my booking confirmation, which clearly stated that breakfast was included, I was repeatedly told that it was a mistake and that I needed to pay separately. The front desk manager eventually offered me a discount of 30,000 KRW, which I did not accept as it did not align with my original booking terms. The following day, I received a call at 9:55 am from the front desk offering me a free breakfast for the next day as a gesture. I am deeply disappointed with this experience, as the offer on Booking.com was not honoured. I expect a resolution to this matter, including a refund for the additional costs incurred and assurance that such issues will not occur in the future.
