Everyone is so helpful, happy and warm. From Rashid who greeted us for the first time, to the staff who are always willing to help with coffee and tea. The food is very delicious and excellent! Lunch and dinner were amazing. Especially we have the chance to see how the original Bedouin dish is and how it is cooked! The chicken was delicious, and even the fried vegetables were tasting. Thank you chef!!! The room was clean, had everything you needed, and had a wonderful view Our jeep tour was so amazing! He asked us beforehand if there were certain places we wanted to see and he explained that to us very well. We visited the locations where The Martian and Star Wars were made Fantastic photo shooting!!!! Thank you. Shukron

If you ever travel for the first time to Amman, make sure you stay at the Shams Alweibdeh Hotel. Nabil and his team are super welcoming, do everything with a big smile, he is so kind and open for a chat and we got a free room upgrade. It was really nice to relax after a hectic drive during Eid al-Fitr in Amman. The rooms were clean and nice, comfortable beds. The breakfast on the roof terrace is really amazing! Lovely staff. They also have a indoor parking garage with plenty of space (ask with your booking). Communication is easy via Booking or Whatsapp. Highly recommend!

Newly decorated room, clean, with all amenities. Dead sea products in bathroom - nice touch Free mini-bar and complimentary fruits provided. Has a rooftop restaurant with wonderful view of sunset Excellent location - 5 minute walk from Visitors Centre (somewhat uphill and may be difficult for those with mobility problems). Valet parking on arrival. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast - fresh and good variety!

Wifi connection was temperamental in our room. Room was not ready on our arrival (almost 1 hour after check-in time) - however the reception staff were apologetic and tried to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and gave us welcome drinks.

It was a very wonderful trip, especially the 4-hour jeep trip in the Wadi Rum desert with Commander Oday. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and stayed with us to show us to our room. It was very wonderful, as the view was beautiful and comfortable. I will not forget the food. It was very delicious, cooked underground. Thank you very much for your warm welcome. I recommend it to everyone

Large, spacious room with all amenities and comfortable bed. On-site private parking - however somewhat limited and could be an issue at busy periods Generally clean however definite signs of wear and tear Chilled water provided 24 hours / day in lobby which we enjoyed in a nice seating area. We enjoyed the swimming pool (non-heated)

Overall good breakfast but no fruit available and bakery selection was not fresh Fridge was not particularly cold for drinks At least 15-20 minute drive to all main attractions in Amman.

We didn’t have breakfast at Dali House since had other plans. However, I had a dinner at Dali restaurant and was very satisfied. Location is convenient, quiet place.

Overall, everything was good but we could not use a toilet paper in one of the rooms. The paper was installed to the holder, however couldn’t be used.
