Staying at this camp was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Words are not enough to describe how we feel here. If you decide to travel to Jordan, you should visit this place. We arrived before sunset and had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunset on our way to the camp. In the evening we had a classic Bedouin dinner, which we enjoyed a lot. The people were especially nice and the whole camp had a pleasant atmosphere. The view from the room was really exceptional. In the evening we lay on the swing and saw the sky and in the morning we watched the sunrise and the beauty of the surroundings. We rode the camel in the desert and also a jeep tour. If you're here, try it for sure. Thank you for everything. This place won with our hearts.

Location, very close to restaurants and the city. Very walkable. Room was big with a balcony and fridge. I did extend by one day as I was scuba diving and couldn't change Hotels due to the time but would have done so due to the issues. What spoilt this stay was lack of hot water and having to waste my time chasing staff. It takes more than an hour for the boiler to work. Breakfast is similar everyday with the odd hash brown/wedges change. Pool closes at 7pm, one of the earliest pool closure in the world. Limited shade at the rooftop pool too. Choose this hotel for the pool itself.

This is all factual. Read other reviews too by other customers. The hotel could be amazing but sadly there is No Hot Water, it is luke warm. When you're out all day doing scuba diving you want a hot shower to relax and lose the muscles.. I have had to specific ask and chase the staff repeatedly. Waiting over an hour wasting my time whilst they testing out the taps etc in my room, it's not the taps as it's the plumbing. The hotel does not turn the boiler on. Granted we are in the middle east and the temperature is 38c but as a hotel you want hot water, it's a basic necessity for a hotel. One of the senior staff advised that other customers had complain that the water is too hot, sadly that's an excuse as they can use the cold water feed. I've had hot water in Wadi Rum, Petra and everywhere in Jordan and now I am in Dubai where it is hotter the weather with hot water. Sadly my room was not properly clean when I checked in. Helpful house keeping, top guy combined my twin into one double. And later mopped up but it seems there was a lot of dirt in the floor that was failed to be cleaned the first time.

Staff, Mohammad the owner a fantastic guy and will do anything for you to help your stay. Very much in the city, easy steps to the main road. If you're struggling get a Uber at 1.5JD. Location is amazing sandwiched between the Citidel and the Roman Theatre. Easy walk. So there is a rooftop with amazing sun rise views, a nice chill out balcony with shade. Mohammad can arrange a driver for day drips or a taxi to the airport at 20JD which is reasonable price on par with Uber.

My second stay from my return traveling round Jordan. So a repeat customer. Stayed 2nights (had to do an extra night due to airline changes). Same as before Mohammad was great and sorted my ride to the airport (20JD) and even allowed me to check out late which was so kind of him. If you're looking just book.

When I arrived having booked and paid for a room in advance, the hotel could find no record of my original booking, so I had to book and pay twice for my night's accommodation and sort out a refund of my original booking when I returned home the next day. In the morning when I checked out, the receptionist asked if I would like him to use my Booking.com account to give me a free upgrade for any subsequent stay. I agreed to this. When I got home and checked on Booking.com, I saw that they had used my account to leave themselves a 10 star review. Despite numerous messages and emails to the hotel, I have had no explanation as to why they could not find my original booking which forced me to book twice, and they have made no apology for the deception of their receptionist: leaving the hotel an 'Exceptional' review when my experience was far from that, How can one trust reviews if hotels are giving themselves fraudulent glowing reviews to cover up their mistakes?
