We spent two nights at the Marsa City Hotel. The facility is new, opened less than a month ago. Our rooms were cozy, air-conditioned, clean, fragrant, all equipment was new. The same applies to the bathroom and the public area of the hotel. Very nice and family atmosphere. Flawless service, classy and cultured, extremely professional and helpful in every situation. We had the option of accommodation with breakfast, it was delicious and beautifully served. I highly recommend this place and if I come back to Wadi Musa, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this camp stay! When we arrived Faysal prepared a tea for us. it was really nice.,The accomodation was incredible. During the morning we saw sunrise right from a bed. The room was clean, cosy everything what you would wish for. We also booked a jeep tour through the desert, Muhamed gave us jeep ride, !incredible Everyone was really kind. Thank you all for a pleasant stay. Can't describe how .grateful we are ,For you who are searching for an accomodation. This stay is really worth it, .don't hesistate

It was easy coordination. I used Booking.com chat to coordinate pickup from the parking lot. The staff were all friendly! They coordinated our tour guide for a 4 hour, sunset tour, which was great! We got to see some interesting sites. We then had dinner, and the sign was amazing! We brought our own wine, which they opened for us. They also played some music towards the end of dinner and did a local dance, which was interesting to watch, and some participated.

The best accommodation we stayed in during our trip in Jordan- the rooms are surprisingly big, really comfy beds and have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The people working there are so friendly and helpful. We got brought on a three hour tour of the desert during sunset which was amazing. I didn’t feel rushed at all during my stay and felt very relaxed. Again the buffet dinner was probably our favourite dinner during our trip!

The host was fantastic and made us feel really special. Mr Ayyad is a very nice man and has looked after the property well. Breakfast was nice and our room was excellent. Will definitely stay here if we return to Amman one day!

The property is about 1.5 Kms away from the entrance from Little Petra. They arranged food from outside restaurant for us, as were not enough residents there. Its a good location, but not managed properly.

Bathrooms are a mess, Plumbing needs serious repair, door latches need replacing, better lighting is needed. The hot water facility is not enough for the number of guest capacity. The restaurant has no good supply. The caretaker was asking for tips but his service was not good. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. I would look for other accommodation.
