It was over my expectations! Absolutely the most welcoming place, service and people I’ve met in my journey between Jordan and Israel. Beautiful and comfortable tent, very good food, they always answered so fast to my questions, came to pick us up, bring back to the car and they made us feel so safe and welcome! We had a wonderful tour with Said who showed us these special places in the desert and finished preparing tè waiting for the sunset… 2 unforgettable hours and a new friend in such a short time. Feelings overwhelmed us, we are so grateful for everyone and every moment spent there! Thank you guys, wish you all the best and really hope to come back soon and frequently!!!

What a majestic experience. I’ve been travelling over the world for the past years and never stayed in a place so wonderful as Rum Magic Nights. The staff and owner are very kind, hardworking people who try to give you the best 24 hours you’ve ever had. The scenery is amazing. The food is traditionally prepared and is absolutely delicious. The rooms are very clean and look like you’re in an Arabian Disney movie. The sunset tour was breathtaking. The evening campfire with shisha was 👌🏼 My advice: don’t miss this beautiful experience!!

The accommodation was great value - booked an ensuite tent. Was decorated with lovely, clean, basic facilities but more than adequate. Extra touch with toiletries and hairdryer. The staff were excellent. From pre arrival instructions, service and the transport arrangements. There was a great explanation of heritage and food prior to dinner and some traditional dancing before the opportunity to sit out by the fire and star gaze. We booked a sunset desert tour which was a great extra touch.

The camp has all the amenities you need and it is well equipped also for the hottest time of the year (we were there in July). The meals were exceptional, with traditional dishes and great presentation. Still, the best part of our stay was the Jeep tour with Said, who was a great guide, very friendly and knowledgeable.

The property location is superb and decorated nicely in bedouin style. It is close to the city center (10 minutes by taxi) and to Little Petra. The night lights and fire place are really enjoyable, after a day of visiting around and long walks. Rooms were clean and the facilities were in good condition.

The staff attitude and the attention to details could be significantly improved. We were asked to pay upfront for the rooms (which was not a problem) but for dinner/ breakfast as well if we wanted it. So, basically we were told to pay for food, before having the actual meal. Because we were far away from the city center, we accepted. The meals were not raising to the expectation. We were given food which was not fresh, undercooked and you could see the dishes (hummus, salad, other Arabic dishes) were prepared one or two days before and kept in the fridge. Beverages are available at the property to buy as well but very expensive. We were asked to do the check-out at maximum 10:30 am (without exception) although there was a clear sign there were only few other rooms occupied. Our taxi was coming for us at 11:30 but they did not agree to let us do a late check-out.

The manager Mahmoud and employee Mohammed from Yemen were exceptional. They were very hospitable and made every effort to make our stay special. The room camps were very spacious, clean and had all the amenities of a five star hotel. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Abdaullh was welcoming and attentive and he organized everything very well. We had a wonderful tour and lunch with Ahmed and he was knowledgeable, kind, and a very good cook. Overall, the lodging and entire experience were great!

Luxurious glamping and great food (plenty of vegetarian options inc. gluten free). Organized a 3hr jeep ride on arrival at Wadi Rum village and returned us to our car the following day. A wonderful experience!

We loved everything! Highlight was our Sunset Jeeptour with Aziz, thank you again for two hours we won’t forget. Dinner, the stars and overall the vibe and the staff very amazing.
