Careless staff. They won't listen to you even after saying multiple times. Owner of the property doesn't stay at this hotel. You have to call him for a small thing. This hotel used to be my first choice for a budget stay, but since after the owner doesn't stay at the hotel the quality has gone down. Staff doesn't care much when the owner isn't around. That's what happened to me on my last visit. Other guests also shared the same experience. I booked this hotel for 3 days but had to cancel my visit after the first day only.
