Have visited this place twice, a good option for the boys group. 5 BHK with decent hall and terrace games Pool Carrom, Foosball. Service can be better. Nagaon Badami beach is at 5 minutes walking distance. A good Budget friendly option for Group. There are many options nearby for food as well. They even allowed to charge my EV at no additional cost. Highly recommended property to stay with family and friends. Thank you lokendra Bhai for good services.

I had a most amazing stay here. I ended up extending for a week I was treated like family and was invited to eat with the family on more than one occasion. For free 🙂. Asif and his father are amazing hosts and they are a wealth of knowledge. You can trust these people to look after you. I can't thank them enough. I strongly recommend you stay here.

The property is nice at good location, but the staff is not professional, I being working in the hotel industry from past 10 years never experienced such bad treatment. It was just a bad example choosing this hotel to stay.

I supposed to stay for 11 nights at this hotel with two separate bookings. However on approaching reception desk. The lady (Ms. Simran) told me the price to pay which was double of the price indicated on my confirmation when I resisted to pay only the total amount which was on my confirmation with taxes another male staff member approached introduced himself as manager guided her to refresh the window twice. Then they told me the price to pay which was still not matching with my voucher, defining overcharge money as taxes and GST, whereas the taxes and all charges were included in the voucher. I sensed it wrong and informed them I will contact booking. com. Booking. com customer service was nice to offer help and understood the situation, they tried to contact multiple times to property but hotel reception never bothered to answer their calls except one time that even was hung up in the middle of the conversation. I observed they were intentionally keeping the phone busy to avoid answering booking. com customer service calls. To my surprise after sometime being at the reception lobby meanwhile I was trying to fix the issue with customer service. The lady receptionist told me that there are no rooms available for me they have given the room to another guest. This all happened before Afternoon which I am sure they had rooms available but they do not want to give me the room for check-in because I confronted them the way they cheat and scam customers. I hope b. com takes cognizance of this matter with this property. I would advise others to kindly check and verify the prices before you go to the property for check-in and don't pay any extra money. I have got an impression they are the professional thieves collecting extra money in the name of taxes and GST. I hope this feedback goes to the owner. You have got a very nice property but the people kept at reception are ruining your reputation. They are setting a wrong example about this hospitality profession.
