Location is good.. beds comfy, toilet and bath separate from each other and very clean. The room did not feel like we were very cramped in spite that it is small with 2 bunk beds and there were four of us (Mother and Daughter trip, 2 mothers and 2 daughters) It is well allocated. Best for young people, there were 2 of us in our group that are older but we have no complaints. Cute and very functional.. the power points for charging our phone next to our bunk beds were all not working but we managed still with another power point provided in the room. and before I forget , at the reception .. they are all very friendly and helpful.

Really clean. Balcony in bedroom was an unexpected bonus and the dressing gowns and slippers. Very busy hotel but staff are good at their jobs and mostly friendly, despite the fast moving environment they work in. 4 bottles of water provided in the room, rather than the standard 2. 2 of which were in the fridge. Appreciated that. Nice range of coffees, teas and biscuits available too.

The parking could be improved. Very narrow spaces and not enough spaces, considering it's a big hotel. Husband was driving but had to get out the passenger door because of lack of space. We also had to pay extra for the parking because it's not included when you book through booking.com. Our room wasn't cheap, so thought the extra charge for the parking was a bit unfair, considering how poor the car park is. Our key cards didn't work. They're to be used in the elevators and for the bedroom door. Another guest swiped their's in the elevator, so we didn't realise ours weren't working until we got to the room, which was on the 5th floor. So it was a bit of a nuisance having to walk down the 5 flights of stairs to get new key cards that did work. Was just a bit annoying, when we had hassle getting parked just before this. The mugs provided for the coffee machine are too big. They don't fit into the machine. Smaller cups would be better.

Overall decor and style are great. The breakfast room is inviting and has a luxury feel to it with beautifully set tables. The food is very good too. Friendly hosts and staff. Easy access to all the attractions in the area.

Rooms were outdated Carpets were full of stains Furniture was ripped and torn Charged 7 euros for two take away coffee's that we couldn't drink as the taste was awful . Breakfast was cold and selection was very poor, when we asked staff for anything they disappeared and never came back. When we asked for dinner at 9 o clock on a Friday night, we were told the kitchen was closed.staff are very young and inexperienced. When we asked for a drink at the bar after hours even though we were residents we were told no but if you were a local you could get one the tv in the rooms are tiny with 7 channels that keep stalling when you're watching
