Really clean, freshly decorated room with nicely coordinated decor and very comfy beds. Superb location. They provide ear plugs and eye masks to prevent any sleep disruption through possible noise disturbance etc with it being such a central location. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night and had no problem. The property is literally just ROOMS. There isn’t a reception or staff on call. It’s all coded locks (like Airbnb) which I hadn’t expected, but that’s totally fine. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Galway.

No lift. We were on the 3rd floor and it’s a LOT of stairs when you have luggage and you’re travelling with your 82 year old mother, but luckily she’s physically able and she just took a couple of rests.

I had the quiet single room to the back which was great. The bathroom looked refurbished and good although with some cracks in the floor already. The bed was very comfortable. There's free public parking just across the street.

I had had to wait 45 minutes to be let in by the room tidy upon arrival. The electronic lock in the front door hardly ever opened until some fellow travellers showed me how to try there 2 or 3 times only at a time. Unfortunately the days of breakfast provided are gone, but the Supervalue is just 5 minutes down the street.

The location is perfect for visiting Dublin and getting to the airport. Very nice staff, young people ready to help. Room with private bathroom was good. Well equipped gym and nice comune areas.

Such a wonderful place to stay, close to town but quiet. The family running the lodge are lovely people and very friendly, along with their 2 dogs! 🐶😊

Security deposit required not mentioned in booking at the time in booking. Only one towel, soap provided on request only. The rooms are not air conditioned. There is no bar in the facility
