cost, location, parking, free wifi, and facilities are good, clean, and efficient. The staff were lovely and helpful. An en-suite, even in a single room which is beautifully fitted and has all you need. I liked being able to come and go from the premises on my own. Parking for cars and even has a car charging facility.

We had some difficulty using the pin-code pad. Specific instructions would be helpful. The provision of parking facilities is good, but I needed help to input the code in the 2nd car park. But it would not deter me from re-booking this guest house. The en-suite door was narrow and a tight fit, I am small, so it was perfect, but it is worth indicating that some rooms are for small people.

The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times .. Nicolas, Matthias, Calvin and Maryana were so helpful to make my stay as good as possible. Location is really good .. couple minutes walk from the Luas stop and 15 min walk from the city centre.

The bar has a karaoke night every day and they finish a bit late .. sometimes can be a bit difficult to have an early night with all the noise, and can't use ear plugs.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, easy check-in suited our needs for dining at the restaurant next door. Staff were polite and engaging. We had a wonderful experience. We had a very good continental breakfast the following morning.
