A great house in a wonderful location, in the heart of the village of Jósvafö, close to the Tohonya valley, which is great for bird- and butterfly watching. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The host was very friendly and helpful. I stayed here before and will definitely want to stay here again.

The location is excellent, in the middle of my favourite part of Pest. The apartment was not big, but clean and had all the necessary amenities. Wifi worked perfectly. It is in the middle of the 13th district, with lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc, close to the Danube and Margit Island.

Room was spacious with balcony and view of city. Quiet room, excellent housekeeping. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with great choice every day. Everything was spotlessly clean. Reception was friendly and efficient. Great location next to M2 metro station.

Shutters in the Rooms: I really liked the shutters in the rooms. They provided excellent control over the light and added a nice touch of privacy and comfort. This helped considering that the sun beats directly on the apartment.

1. Poor Quality Mattresses: Uncomfortable mattresses can really ruin a stay. They were old and shaggy. Improving their quality would greatly enhance the guest experience. 2. Cigarette Smoke: If the room smelled of cigarette smoke, it can be particularly unpleasant, especially if the room was supposed to be non-smoking. This indicates poor ventilation or improper cleaning procedures. 3. Check-in Hour Not Respected: We asked for a faster check in, they said that they can't clean the apartment sooner. We stayed an hour, after the check in time propose by them, to receive the key. It can be frustrating, especially after a long journey.

There were only two towels per 2 people, I wish they had at least one more for the hands. And the towels were a bit dirty, but it didn’t really bother us.

Terrible service, staff was confused at all levels. Waiting for luggage at room for 35minutes, skipped "forgot" a Housekeeping service, bad bar service (even running out of standard beer), we were supposed to receive a message when our room would be ready, but never happened, ending up waiting for no reason to check-in. At the Spa only 1 therapist so very hard to find availability for a massage, A/C in room very bad (old and tired, noisy, smelly, bad condition), kitchen smells inside the rooms and corridors from kitchen bad ventilation, very noisy rooms, with not any sound insulation, room doors next to bedhead so you hear everything in the corridor, consntantly dirty elevators,
