The house, apartments and the room itself are new and fresh. It really fresh and pleasant to be in the room, balcony and so on. Photos and description correspond. Everything you need is in the room, very convenient. Check-in to your room occurs automatically. The hostess (Karla) sends all the necessary instructions for check-in, it’s convenient and simple. Parking is free, there is plenty of space for a car (SUV). Everything you need is within walking distance (if necessary). The hostess was kind & responsive w/ all our questions and requests - she answered, helped and recommended in time. It is clear that she is understanding and pleasant to talk. We will be happy to recommend this house in Funtana to our family, friends and acquaintances. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

A beautiful, old style apartment with lots of character. The view of Lokrum Island and the clear Adriatic sea from the spacious balcony was truly amazing and so peaceful.. We had many lovely walks into Old Town, along the seafront. Sven, the owner, was so accommodating and such a gentleman. He also had a wealth of information about Dubtovnik as he grew up there, fought in the war defending the city and has seen Dubrovnik develop over the years. His apartment is only a 10 to 15 min walk from Banje Beach and Old Town. It was the perfect location for our visit to Dubrovnik and we felt very comfortable and at home there.

The apartment is modern with excellent interior and a brilliant view over Dubrovnik to the sea (beautiful sundowns on the balcony). The hosts Ivana and Nina were very friendly and offered their help for airport transfer and lugagge storage. Contacting them was very easy at any time.

You have to be sporty to walk up 300+ steps up and down from the Old Town to the apartment multiple times a day ;-)

Fantastic place, excellent hosts, great location, value for money. Pero gave me a run to the airport. Top man. My 5th time in Cavtat. Love the snorkelling, bars and restaurants

Host was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. Apartment was comfortable and safe. Bus servng old town close by.

Air conditioner was not working, in combination windows facing some truck parking created sleeping conditions below expectations for 420+ euro. No water in bath in the second bathroom. Two cups for three guests declared.
