Helpful pleasant staff, easy to park, easy to get tram to centre of Zagreb as staff told us all we needed to know. Local area was interesting with good restaurant nearby and bars. Short walk to rowing lake and cafes. Able to check in early and out late which helped our plans.

Great location on beach excellent local bus service (number 4) outside hotel ever 15 mins to Pile Gate good buffet brekki n dinner..nice terraces... it should be noted that Dubrovnik is a particularly expensive place to visit but it's well worth it.....

THIS HOTEL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE DISABLED OR ELDERLY there are no lifts at all, numerous stairs even from the road to reception... Drinks at dinner expensive 6 euro for water n nearly 5 euro for 25ml coke... most of the staff a bit miserable 😕 small bathroom and balcony..no pool

No AC in the rooms which are small for today’s standards Clean enough but wear&tear are noticeable everywhere. Friendly staff but in inappropriate numbers (as everywhere nowadays)

Average hotel 300m from the end of the runway at Split airport on the main road towards the city. Reception open late.

Double-glazing does nothing against the very loud noise of planes taking off and the main road in front. Staff pleasant, but not very enthusiastic - and it is only the beginning of the season. Breakfast poor. Having to put the kettle on for the coffee was not good. Sooner or later someone is going to have an accident with that. Like the room, breakfast area needs a refresh. Value for money poor. Even if you are near an airport, not far from a beach (but no sea view from my room), in a tourist area, you still have to make an effort. 99% of all hotels in Croatia do this. Why not here?
