I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is lovely with a nice lobby, dining room, and courtyard space to enjoy. There aren't too many rooms, so it's nice and quiet. Breakfast was included every morning which was a nice bonus. The staff here are all so kind friendly too, which made our stay even better. The room was a decent size, clean bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. Location was great and close to one of the best restaurants in Antigua (Por Que No?).

No alcohol allowed in the rooms (I don't know why) and no WiFi in the rooms. We were beside the courtyard which as WiFi, so we could access it from our room anyway but just be aware. Also, the hotel's main door is always locked and you have to knock to be let in. There's a staff member at the desk 24/7. Not the biggest deal usually, but one time I came back and had to really go to the washroom and had to wait a few minutes until someone answered the door. I wish they could implement a passcode or something else to be let in instead of relying on a staff member to open the door for you every time.

The room was huge with a patio area and amillion dollar view. Best room deal I have seen at $14 per day. I 100% recommend the private room. It is located right by the center and plenty of restaurants close by. They charge an extra 15 Q for towels for the length of your stay so it is still a good value. I think Lolita should just increase the room price by $2 per night and still it is a great value. Decent wifi and hot water. Online work would not work here.

The location could not better just a few minutes walk from the main street and less than a minutes walk to the shore and perfect clean swimming spot. The hosts were super friendly, warm and welcoming, you really feel the community spirit but all very respectful and calm. We loved the cosy but fresh rooms, lovely deco and extra homely touches

The cleaning or at least emptying of the bins especially in the bathroom needs to be more regular.

Great location, awesome breakfast, very friendly staff (especially the breakfast staff), they organise tours/transfers at same price you can find yourself and take the time to exoskeleton everything to you. Bathrooms are shared by cleaned multiple times a day. Great value, good sized beds.

It’s very nicely decorated. Very clean and comfy. The location is good because the restaurants and Walmart is within short walking distance. The kitchenware is super. The washer and dryer is very powerful.

Spacious rooms, great view of the lake. Near to a lot of restaurants. Close to port to visit other towns. Shops nearby.

Not as polished as it looks in the pictures. Noisy bar opposite with music until midnight. No water refill available on site which most other hotels on our trip have had.
