Love, love, loved the location and the people!! From checkin to checkout out, we were treated like VIPs. Loved the little touches. A glass of cool fruit infused water served in a glass at checkin. A mini fridge filled with fruit juices and water bottles. Tea and coffee in the room. Luggage storage. The room was so comfy. Quiet on the sixth floor with a view of the Acropolis and the Parthenon. Great rain shower. The rooftop restaurant was so convenient. Our waitress explained the different breakfast bar dishes. Fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, eggs, and olives. Cookies from Crete. Mountain tea. A Cappuccino bar. Chocolate halva. Fresh salad. With a view of the Parthenon, it was the perfect way to start (or end) the day. In Athens, expect to walk and walk and walk. So convenient to walk to The Acropolis, museums, shopping, restaurants and more. Great location, amazing staff and a delicious restaurant. Wonderful!

So clean and hosts so wonderful and shared so much local information. Great location, quiet but also central. Beds and pillow were the most comfortable we had on our trip to multiple places in Greece. Bookers should be aware that the facilities were European standard, (bath and toilet combo). This was absolutely workable for us but folks with larger body frames or physical disabilities may struggle with the bathroom setup. Again, I don't think this takes away from the property at all and the room was immaculate, overlooking a garden but could be helpful information when booking.

Location was ideal—within 15 minute walk to Paroikia and overlooking the ocean. The staff was gracious, helpful and upbeat. The rooms super comfortable—do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony on the upper floor; the views are intoxicating. Don’t order the $40 cab pick up from the airport; it will run you $20 if you just catch a cab at the airport. Overall, an exceptional stay. I would come back here again—it’s a lovely boutique hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Hotel has beautiful views. Rooms are big with balconies. Clean service is also very good. There is a nice swimming pool with lovely pool bar. The resort is close to city center of Finikounta and very good base for car trips. We were satisfied also with breakfast which offers varieties of different tastes. In our opinion Hotel offers very good price to quality proportion.

Central location. Lovely hosts. Excellent kitchen setup if you want to do any cooking inside. The apartment is huge compared to hotels in Greece. Ample space for unpacking, eating, relaxing, moving around bedroom. Host supplies hair dryer and other tools so it was excellent for being in our first day of travel and needing to unpack from the flight.

The shower really requires a hook for the nozzle, otherwise it is awkward and doesn't work for folks with any mobility issues.

The accommodation was in the city center and it had a spacious car park in front which was convienent for us. Our host was super helpful with directions, local restaurants and entry hours to the monasteries. Overall a great place to spend the night.

Exceptional stay. The place has wonderful energy. Located near the American Embassy and great restaurants. It had a homey feeling. Staff were receptive to requests and suggestions. When I return, I plan to stay here again.

Maybe a mattress cover to help soften the hardest of the beds in one of the rooms. The other room had softer beds. Internet service availability.

The place was very cozy and nice. It was clean. The apartment was plenty big and it had a garage. The bathtub was a big small, but the water pressure was great.

The bathroom was rather small, especially the toilet - but it was fine. It would have been helpful to know that the garage is soooo small and you can't turn your car around unless you have a Smart or something like that. We were able to back out without scraping the sides, but it was a challenge. I wish we would have known before driving down there. Our car wasn't big, but you really need a tiny car. We could have also stayed inside the garage on the top area (kinda flat), but we also didn't know that we were the only one using it.

The Beach was dirty and smelled of cat urine and feces. it was littered with trash and took away from the beach experience. There is no easy access to obtain food or drinks while at cicada suites. I would get drinks from the bar, and then try to not spill them on the walk back to the suites. That was very annoying. A butler service/drink service/included minibar/drinks or at least a dedicated person to run drinks/snacks out to the villas. would have made the stay that much more enjoyable. Definitely missing out on a opportunity there. Would have benefited from some type of private walk-through to hotel instead of venturing through the parking lot. All in all the suites were amazing, but could use more focused attention
