We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment plus a kitchen with a sofa, one small terrace at the entrance and one more balcony from the twin room with table and chairs the kindness of the staff very friendly with our dog the location in the old center of Nikiti, very quiet the cleanliness found inside the washing mashine and the rack for drying clothes found on the small terrace at the entrance there were iron, ironing board and hair dryer air conditioning, window shutters and mosquito nets in one of the bedrooms there was a smart TV the kitchen equipment: there were everything you need to cook, even with an oven barbecue tools, two barbecues in the garden the garden very well maintained, with swings, rocking chairs and tables, very nicely lit in the night- a pleasure to have breakfast/dinner there parking right next to the house we stayed for 6 nights so the owners left us extra towels and bed linen

Location, location, location. That's it. The hotel staff are top professionals and the hospitality is amazing. A modern apartment with a large terrace and sea view made the visit perfect. Morning coffee in these landscapes is unparalleled. A nice restaurant in a nearby village with really big and tasty dishes. The hotel's own restaurant is also excellent!

We stayed in Thea. It was amazing!!! The views, the design the location. Comfortable and just what we needed. Phillip was so helpful and answered any questions we had very swiftly. Every detail had been thought about in the property. Lots of towels, toiletries. Honestly it was a real find and we would head back in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable apartment with spacious arrangement, nicely decorated, separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location close to metro in a quiet neighborhood - yet with all services nearby (street market on Saturdays (?) not to be missed for fresh veggies!) Great and friendly host! Definitely a top pick for visiting Athens!

Everything, the staff was very nice and welcoming, the owner is amazing and very kind. They make amazing coffee! The room is very spacious and gets cleaned daily. There are utilities such as hair dryer, toaster and an electric kettle. Definitely will come again! And not to talk about how pretty and well kept the garden is!

The owners were really nice. The room had a kitchenette and fridge if you wanted to cook. The location was slightly out of the center which I preferred as it was calmer and nearer to the beaches but still a very walkable distance to the center. Overall very nice stay :)
