It’s a fantastic villa, carefully decorated and superbly arranged, with a magnificent terrace and pool. We had a wonderful stay there. Very well located, it's 5 minutes by car from Saint-François. The private beach, just a 5-minute walk away, is a great bonus. A big thank you to Patricia, who welcomed us and informed us about the best places in the area. And also to Valérie, the owner, who accommodated our early arrival and late departure times. We can't wait to do it again soon.

Amazing place. Even better than discribed. Fantastic Seaview. Meters from two white sandy beach. Bus to the airport 200m from the property. Other buses to Pointe a Pitre a little bit further. We didn't even hire a car despite having a parking space. Many thanks again. My brother and I had a fantastic holiday.

The host was very agreeable and available to help when needed. The flat is very practical and the view was amazing. Really enjoyed the little hidden path to the beach and the pool + private parking was a very nice addition to our stay. We will definitely come back!

The manager didn't even deserve a tip to improve his services. Apart from the location and the view from the apartment, nothing is offered, not even the strictly necessary, domestic water in our case.

The pool is not theirs. The pool belongs to a 4-star hotel, access is not allowed to outsiders. The beach is a joke, it doesn't actually exist. Some sunbeds on site not taken care of, few even broken. Difficult communication with manager. Out of 14 reserved days we had to leave after 48 hours without any compensation even though we were without water for more than 24 hours. On top of the wardrobe some bags that didn't look arranged but just thrown there like in a storeroom. There are so many things to say... Disappointing in every way.

Nice hosts, very helpfull. The bungalow is very new and all the facilities are present, also for cooking. Located near the best beaches in Guadeloupe (5 min drive).

Nothing. Only thing to keep in account is when you need to drive early to the airport/ferry terminal/point a pitre, LEAVE EARLY during week days. A 30 minute ride takes 2 hours.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the living room, there was just a ceiling fan which wasn’t enough when it was really hot, couldn’t leave the balcony door open in the evening as there was nothing to keep the mosquitoes out. The direct access to the sea isn’t great. It’s a very rocky area which is slippy and we only want that way once.

I didn't like the reception 😕, I called and called no one Answered the phone, after waiting outside of the apartment for two hours, I finally got another number on the site, I called and got a response. The kitchen only have only one pot to cook, the kitchen is not fully equipped at all. NO KITCHEN TOWEL TO WIPE THE COUNTER AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. No mop to clean, no broom to sweap the place. ONLY ONE THIRD OF A TOLIET PAPER, NO HAND SOAP TO WASH UR HANDS AFTER USING THE TOLIET.
