Tastefully decorated, stunning views, food was fantastic! Really appreciated the friendly greeting upon arrival and how we were accommodated to check in early. Apart from music from a Bluetooth speaker, it was peaceful, serene and the perfect setting for a restful night’s sleep.

Really disappointed about not being able to use the sauna as this was one of the reasons why I booked this place. Tried twice - first time I was told it’s too hot and I should come back at night when it’s cooler which couldn’t happen due to a storm. Tried again the next day and I was told to take a swim instead. I feel guests should be able to decide when they’d like to use the sauna instead of being told when they should/shouldn’t use it. If there are certain times facilities are not available to be used, communicating this beforehand would have been much appreciated. I understand the idea behind the Bluetooth speaker, however, not all guests were considerate when using it. Some guests may need to be reminded to use this facility without distracting others.

Excellent value for the price. The room and bathroom were clean, and the owner was very kind-hearted. The room did not have air conditioning, but there was a fan, which wasn't even needed because it stayed cool and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We came for one night, it was very good for a short stay, the shared kitchen is good. The room itself a little bit crowded but its totally worth the price. I will recommend on this place.

Wonderful host. Very helpful for local information. Helped with special requests like laundry, pick up and drop off into town. Very comfortable beds, very relaxing atmosphere.

Rooms had air-conditioning. Lovely wine, host bought us fresh cherries and were very kind.

Beds were very uncomfortable and not properly made up. We had a power failure and couldn't sleep as there was no air conditioning and my husbands apnea machine didn't work. There was also no water in the morning, due to pump not working.
