Brilliant location in a charming neighbourhood a bit off the beaten path, yet within walking distance to the city centre! Also right next to the Sameba Cathedral (which has a really nice cafe, Cafe Natra, right next to it!). The host let us check in early morning right after we arrived from the airport. Walls are quite thin, so you can hear sounds from outside and all the neighbours quite easily. It does add to the atmosphere though! And barely any road sounds as the room faces away from the road. 👍

Located on the top floor of an older building, the space has a bit of a dated feel. While the building shows its age, it might not appeal to everyone. The top floor, though quiet, can feel a bit isolated, and the overall atmosphere may not be as modern or vibrant as some might expect.

The property was super spacious for what you pay. The host was lovely and it was the place we stayed where we felt most comfortable and at home. Would definitely recommend for friends / family / any travellers. Is a great base for getting into town, nearby hikes and seeing the national park.

the staff is very nice and they feel the obligation to provide comfort to their guests, unlike other hotels in the area. the rooms are clean and the view from the rooms is amazing. the restaurant is also very good has great indian cuisine.

Spacious outdoor sitting places, fully equipped kitchen. The owner offered us a pick-up service from the train station, very convenient! Walking down and turn right, there are already two restaurants and a small supermarket.

Well maintained property. Giving great feelings of Georgian culture. Clean room. Extraordinary breakfast. Wonderful balcony with grapes climbers on the wall. Highly recommended.

1. Bathroom had stinky smell, need checking of drainage system 2. One night AC didn’t work. No support at the reception in the night. 3. No phone directory in the room about. Didn’t know which number to call for assistance!

Location. Fact that our apartment was on 23-rd floor. We can open window and no mosquitos.

They said before booking "we have 24 hours front desk". But when we arrived people at front desk informed us that they "have nothing with us and this is not hotel. We were shocked. They said that we have to call certain phone number (it was printed on Booking reservation but without any instruction or explanation) and that this person will tell us what we have to do. When we called this number nobody answer". After couple of trials person from front desk told us that this person will answer our calls at noon when check in time start. At noon we finally got this person and enter our apartment. Finally we realized that Blue sea view blue orbi is collection of apartments owned by different owners (Blue sea view blue orbi is just name for building) and each owner should take care of his own guests. Same things as we experienced happen to one couple from Poland but they were so disappointed that they changed accommodation. Our host let us know that: - They did not change linen during our stay (11 nights). - They did not change towels during our stay (11 nights). If we wish clean towels we should pay 30 laris. Thus we bought additional towels. - no additional soap, toilet paper, ... Nothing of this was not said to us in advance. This was very frustrating start of our holiday Beach is public, not private as was stated (information supplied to us before booking was not correct). .

The location on the map is 6 km from tbilisi airport but the distance is measured on a straight line. The only way to get there is by taking a 20 km route. 20 km away from the airport. So not recommended for people that are between flights.
