Clean room - The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Friendly host - The host was friendly and proactively responded. Great location - The room was located on main road, just 2 minutes walk from the main church, 5 minutes walk from Samtavro. Also there is a park just in front of the room. There are convenience stores also in the locality.

Excellent! Great host - She decorated the room so well as it was our honeymoon travel. Clean room - The room was amazing and clean. It has very clear sea view. It has all the required facilities + Stove and pan were very useful.

Location, room were all good. Their Manager & Yana from Breakfast were very good. The Manager as goodwill was kind enough to provide 2 taxis to drop us to the station at check out

Well located close to all attractions, restaurants, yet set in a quite street. Supermarket just opposite the road. Good sized room and nicely furnished. The pool is a huge bonus.

The breakfast could be more varied from day to day. Its ok with eggs bacon pastries cereals etc but the same every day.

Nice location and view. Got the Family room next to big terrace. Peaceful neighborhood. Nano, the caretaker was very friendly and supportive. Loved the stay with family.

the toilet upstairs was leaking so we could not use it. And the toilet between time and time releases some bad smell not sure if it was from the property or what.

False advertisement. We booked this as it offered 'parking service for 1 vehicle' in the specifications. Also a washing machine and a clothing rack was in the advertisement. As we are travellers, we needed to wasg our clothes and park the car. The personnel said there is no parking. You had to parking on the streets. Street parking was horrible, it was really busy in this part of the city with a lot of cars double parked. They first gave us a room without washing machine and with no views, also offered in the advertisement. They gave another room, but there was no clothing rack. They didnt reply and didnt care. Earlier that day we already asked where we could park, and if there was no parking we would have liked to cancel. They didn't reply. Also 'soundproof walls' is not very true, hotel is very noisy at night.
