This is a small but very cosy and comfortable guest house. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with nice hot water. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The man who runs the hostel is very nice but has limited English, but he is helped by a younger woman who is always available on messages or upstairs. The guesthouse location is great, close to Liberty Square with transport and it is right next door to some great restaurants and bars (check out Amo Rame and Pasanauri). The entrance to the guesthouse is also guarded by a huskie dog called Palto who is very cute and friendly to guests! The place is extremely good value.

Best place to stay in Mestia! Best location, close to the center and not too crowded at the same time. The view on Tetnuldi is magnificent! The rooms are very stylish and tidy. And of course Lali, the owner, her charisma and her breakfasts are the best! Would love to come again! Lali, you're the best! It's Daria, I went to Ushba glacier alone and i'm alive and happy :)) kisses! hope to see you againg!

Location was good. Elevators were so fast and were in access although the hotel was very huse and busy. Beatifull view.

It took more than one hour for check in. They did'nt inform us in what block is our room. We went to block C then after one our of waiting in lobby they said hour room is in block A and we went almost 200 meters by walk to block A with all loggages and no one helped us with loggages. Sofa bed didn't have pilow and blancket. Bedding were so much dirty. There wasn't microwave in the room in spite of photos. There wasn't furniture in balcony in spite of photos. No even one time room service for six nights. No swimming pool although there was clearly written in room facilicies and shown in photos. No safe box. Reception behaviour was not respectfull and friendly. This hotel and this room don't deserve 5 stars at all.

The bathroom door doesn’t lock properly and there’s a large gap above it, plus it often doesn’t close all the way. The internet connection was unreliable, and the room’s proximity to the hotel entrance meant I could hear people walking and talking. No slippers were provided, and despite the claim of contactless check-in, I still had to meet staff and pay with a card. Check-out was at 11 AM instead of the usual noon. The bathroom had a motion sensor light that stayed on for 3-5 minutes, which was disruptive at night. The hotel is in a basement, so street noise and conversations outside the window were easily heard. Footsteps from the floor above were also noticeable. Finally, the room wasn’t very clean, with coffee stains on the windowsill and wine stains on the floor.
