Our host met us upon arrival and showed us the best place to park, off the main street, near the back door. The room was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. She showed us the easiest route to the center of town. It's a 15 minute walk downhill through a beautiful park. The walk back is all uphill which could make walking back a challenge for some. Breakfast was great and super tasty. We would gladly stay there again.

A door check-in code was provided a few days prior to arrival via email and was a breeze. Parking was easy. The neighborhood is quiet. There are a few takeaway places to eat nearby, but we opted to walk into Belfast, which took about 20 minutes. We took an Uber back instead of walking back in the dark.

The shower pressure was bad and the water was either blistering hot or cold. There was no way to get a warm water shower.

Super clean and comfortable room. We stayed there 2 nights and they tied up everything and provided clean towels. Breakfast was wonderful and we actually also had dinner one night and aside from delicious food (several options!) the staff was extremely nice and polite. Would definitely return

We also a super rushed check in where we tossed the keys and showed where we were staying. As this was quite rushed there was a miscommunication and we ended up parking in a paid park instead of staying in the free park for the accommodation.

The grounds are stunning, the wildlife is beautiful and the building itself is lovely. The location is not too far from the city, only a quick and easy 25 minutes on the bus.

The restaurant food was terrible, the reception staff was very unkind. We were sent a message that if our room was available before check in we could get our keys otherwise if we wanted to guarantee a room we had to pay. When we arrived a bit earlier they said our room was ready but we still couldn’t check in unless we paid extra. I do not like being told one thing and then something else is done. Also they were very unkind, and snobby. Not even acknowledging us when we walked it.

Very helpful staff took our bags hours early. Clean room and comfortable. An abundance of toiletries samples in the bathroom. Nice breakfast.

The shower/bath border was super lid. Although we were fine we did have to be super careful as the sudden drop in height could easily make you fall.
