The staff are super nice and helpful and friendly. We booked several rooms with my parents and my friends and myself, I stayed for one night, the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is great with a lot of choices and everything is yummy. It is literally the best hotel in Steyning.

Great staff, gave us directions for the shortest way to the resorts world as well as making our stay as nice as possible Great location to the NEC and Resorts World. Great beer at the bar at a good price. Incredibly clean, very good looking hotel, great facilities.

Large room with private bathroom . Had a fridge, microwave, a few dishes and a kettle. Quiet. Free parking - less than ten minutes to the airport.

The staff here, from the manager to the housekeeper were very friendly and professional.

There is no clothes storage in (what is) a very large apartment, so anyone staying more than 1 night will have difficulty putting away their stuff. Also the mattress is old and tired - the first sprung mattress we have slept on in many years! It does not match the quality of the rest of the property.

The bathroom was in a terrible state with no means of heating it. WiFi didn't work. Mini-bar was completely dead. 'Tea & coffee' was 1 sachet of Twinings, 1 herbal tea and a few Nescafe. It's a 2 - 3 star hotel in a good location; but being ripped off never feels good.
