Very spacious and modern room and bathroom. Excellent storage in the room. Great breakfast selection and nice that it was included in the room rate.

Spa/pool closed too early. Wished it remained opened later as we were touring during the day. Buildings are attached to each other but it was a little confusing so we usually walked through the courtyard. Very nice but rained a lot.

Very clean (except bathroom sink, see above) Nice sized room. Good TV. Nice big shower. Communal areas all clean. Good wardrobe/hanging space.

Bathroom sink not been cleaned since last tenant, there was a mouth-shaped toothpaste stain on the tap! Only 1 cheap toilet roll for 2 night stay. :-( Bed was far too soft but the pillows were rock hard like bricks. Street outside was noisy with shouting and late-night argy-bargy, cars passing with loud music, etc. The internal doors lack soft closing mechanisms so they all slam shut with a bang.

The low ceiling on the top floor the building wasn't built for tall people on that floor even through I had to slouch a bit to not hit the light it was still a great a spacious room given the was 3 people in that room

Top of the line materials, super decor, a very comfortable lodging.

Surrounded by cars using rental parking spaces and no outdoor sitting chairs available on patio. Grout on both bathroom floors applied in very messy manner in a home otherwise shining in appearance. Information book did not cover how to operate washer/dryer.

Property overall needs a bit more TLC. But that would have not been a major issue, if we have had a better experience with the host. Upon arrival, the host told us that the toilet was not working well, and instructed us to do a few tricks to flush. Of course, we did not trust the toilet, so ended ip using only 1 of the 2 bathrooms. Then, she told us (not asked) that the plumber was coming on Wednesday (we arrived Sunday), which luckly worked with our schedule. Then, the plumber did not come, and she told us that the plumber would come on Thursday, which did not work with our schedule (we had planned to stay at the house on that morning). And at that time, it had been more than half of our stay not trusting the toilet. The host did not offer any alternative time, and was rispid on the phone. We felt uncomfortable with this entire situation, and felt that the entire stay/ experience was sub-par and not to our expectations

Had no idea that there would be so much noise from the pub downstairs. We arrived late evening and were looking forward to a quiet stay and going to sleep. Unfortunately the noise from the pub came right through the walls making it difficult to even have a conversation in the room. Thought maybe this was an exception the first night but same thing happened on night two. There is no way I would stay here again due to this, even though the actual room was very nice. Stairs to get to the rooms are very narrow and steep. I have reached out to the property regarding our negative stay however have not received an acceptable resolution.
