The kitchen had plates, silverware, dishes, dish soap, etc. The refrigerator was large. We also used the washing machine and that was easy to use with English instructions for the machine available online. Its nice and comfortable and large enough for several people. The host gave great recommendations for dinner. Restaurants on both sides of the river are within a short, easy walk. The free parking was conveniently located The key lockbox was easy to access and use.

The bathrooms had hand soap but no shampoo or bath soap so be sure to bring your own. On Saturday night one neighbor was playing loud music clearly audible (I knew most of the songs) until 2:30. There is nothing the host could do about that but just be aware.

It was a FANTASTIC location!! Perfect for our needs! The toilet broke the first day, but they had a plumber out same night and fixed it! Excellent response!

It's just super unprofessional staff. I was so disappointed. I couldn't check in, so many miscommunication, and I couldn't get deposit back in the end although I explained I didn't smoke there.

The location is excellent in the center area of the old port, with lots of restaurants around. Very easy access to the bus and subway. The breakfast is very good. The staff are also very friendly.
