Really nice studio, really nice landlord. The studio is really close to metro, and it's full equipped and functional. The studio has Internet access although not noted in description, which is really a surprise to us. The location is good and the landlord accept a super late check-in, I recommend this studio without any double.

The garden is beautiful and one can have something to drink and relax. The beds are super comfortable and even if the hotel is placed on a busy street, the acoustic isolation is quite good.

Sadly looks like there was a private party, thus the hotel bar was attended by the receptionist who was extremely nice and tried to do it as best as possible, but didn't know how to prepare the drinks. Of course, understandable. It's not her job.

Very good location with a grand view of the sea and the promenade and with a tram stop close to the building to swiftly move in any direction. What you see in the photos is what you get.

We did not cook much but for those who would, there were no proper cooking knives available. Also, one of the bedrooms had no cupboard or wardrobe in it, neither was there one in the hallway so it was a bit uncomfortable to have the whole family keep their clothes in one cupboard in one of the bedrooms.

Exactly as described. Central location, I had an excellent room with great views. It’s one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, very well maintained and run.
