Location, description by the host and favourable comments at Booking.com were the main reasons for my to choose this property. Location suited us and the bed was comfortable.

Old house in dire need of maintenance and renewal. We waited more than an hour for the keys. The landlord did not answer our calls. We phoned our Finnish speaking son and he called the landlord who answered his local call and brought us the keys at last. Everything about the apartment (except the bed) was bad. Most of the apartment was not clean. Only one teaspoon and very few tools in the citchen to use for cooking and eating. No discwipe. We used kitchen paper instead. Bathroom very uncomfortable and primitive. Force needed to open/close bathroom door. Smelly, worn towels. Some of them dirty. Only one duvet 140 x 200 cm. in the unmade bed upon arrival. We found another one of the same size in a heap in the wardrobe, inside a duvet cover 200 x 200 cm. Some unidentified cloth also in a heap in the same smelly old wardrobe. Sofa and easy chair (far to big for this small room) not uncomfortable to sit in, but dirty, especially the chair. Impossible to close the curtains in the main room. Old food in the kitchen and several other items waiting to be thrown away lying around. In description this apartment has three beds. We found only two. Impossible to fit in the third. No smoke detector in the apartment. Much of the description by the landlord at Booking.com is at least questionable. Some plain wrong. I find comments at Booking.com unbelievable.

Fantastic location close to city centre, walking distance to everything, supermarket close by, very quiet. Good internet connection. Well supplied with everything I needed.

Perfect location at the heart of the city. Restaurants, exhibitions and shops around the corner. The flat had everything we needed. Good for a work visit.

These were temporary issues but the wifi was down and the building had some work done during our stay and the water was cut off one morning. We found out about this only at the time of arrival,

Easy access from the airport after a late flight. Very clean and nice deco. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

Bfast 4-9 am. Great for those who have an early flight, not good if you arrive late as we did. Would be great if could get coffee/sandwich when checking out. Alternatively cheaper price with no bfast option. Quite expensive.
