The room is spacious, with a couch, table, two mirrors, big windows. Staff was very friendly and the location is superb! 2min walk from central station, and lots of shops and shopping malls around, also some fastfood places at 1min walk. Highly recommend for solo travelers :)

It’s a beautiful space, the views are breath taking. Stay lakeside if you can, its honestly spectacular and we even saw the Northern Lights in April. It was a once in a life time stay and a bucket list experience.

We were incredibly disappointed with the breakfast, we were there out of season so everything on site was closed. Our breakfast was dropped off in bags midday the day before. We are not fussy eaters but some of the food was inedible. We asked at reception if there was another option for breakfast and were told no. We were also told to go to the kitchen and speak to the chef. For the price payed for the accommodation we expected more or if you can’t accommodate breakfast out of seasons don’t offer it.

It was a very simple and easy to stay in Helsinki for one day. As I was travelling from Oulu to Oslo, I needed an extra rest day in Finland. The hotel is clean and has all basic things.

Cozy apartment with modern furniture, nice view from the windows into the forest. Very quiet in the house and outside, elevator.

There were only nearly transparent curtains that couldn't keep the sun out. I was there at the beginning of June, it was sunny everyday and when I came back to the apartment in the late afternoon or early evening, the sun was (and probably had been for a few hours) shining into the living room and kitchen, it was hot like in a sauna and I couldn't sit at the desk, watch TV or use the kitchen because it meant sitting/standing in the full sun. Only after 7 pm the sun didn't shine into the apartment anymore. So I think dark curtains or blinds directly on the windows are necessary to use the apartment in the summer. It could have been a bit cleaner.

No air conditioning and couldn’t open window due to building work being done. Had a kettle but no cup or tea/coffee to make anything in the room. Seemed a little expensive for a single room that was very small.

1) The check-in code didn't work. It is so difficult to contact customer service. They still haven't responded to my messages. 2) There is no check-in desk/ staff. There is a phone number, but costs €0.79 per minute to talk to the staff. It takes quite long for the staff to pick up calls, and one is heavily charged while the phone is still ringing, or waiting for the call to be picked. 3) The first staff that picked the phone dropped the call on me while I was still explaining that the check-in code wasn't working. I spent 2 hours waiting outside the hotel. 4) The hotel needs to be proactive in responding to messages. At present, they ignore all messages.
