Really sweet apartment, clean and neat. Easy to find and parking next to the building possible. Getting keys and directions was all very clear. Nice bed with proper pillows and sheets. We didn't discuss with the owner at all, but all went really smoothly and we felt really welcome with the little nuances in the apartment like flowers. There was a grocery store in walking distance with very friendly staff. Overall the area was nice and quiet, very lovely to have an evening stroll. Warmly recommend.

It didn't really bother us at all since it didn't happen during night time, but footsteps from apartment above was heard couple of times during our stay. Wasn't really a problem, but since this box needs something.

I came here with my husband and we booked a room for one night. Initially, when I was browsing through the hotels in Helsinki, Marski stood out to me as it looked incredibly modern and has a luxurious sort of feel to it. Hence, I was incredibly excited to get a room here. I really love the location of this hotel, as it was right in the middle of the city and it was really easy for us to walk around and shop! I also really love the customer service by the staff, and they were really nice and polite.

Once we got our room cards, we soon realised that the location of the room was not to our expectations. They put us in a room in another wing, and although the hotel looks modern and luxurious, the room and the location it was in was the exact opposite... The wing we were in was extremely old, and the elevator was similar to the elevator I saw in the movie titanic :( Our room was also right beside the emergency exit door, and we had an “ice maker” right beside us that was old and yellow and not in use. The staff did let us know after our trip that this is stated when you book the room in booking.com, and it was, so I do apologize about that. The staff also stated that the elevator is kept to keep the heritage! The rooms in the other wing are stated under "The rooms are located in our Yrjönkatu building." I do wish this was more clearly stated, and the amenities outside the room should clearly be shown in the pictures too. The room was decent, but I did realise that there were no bathroom amenities given, other than 2 glass cups. The water pressure in the sink was also extremely high everytime.

We had a very pleasant moments of relax and peace in front of the lake with marvelous sunsets. Thanks to Leila, Rachid and Dimitri for their kindness and availability. We used sauna in the chalet, boats on the lake and bikes in the forest... we will miss kukkapaa

Beautiful countryside landscape, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice boutique where you can buy presents. There was also AC in the room which is very good for summer season.

Location was great. Apartment was fine. There was no way to join the two single beds so for a couple this was a little frustrating.

Easy access from the airport after a late flight. Very clean and nice deco. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

Bfast 4-9 am. Great for those who have an early flight, not good if you arrive late as we did. Would be great if could get coffee/sandwich when checking out. Alternatively cheaper price with no bfast option. Quite expensive.

Good location, the centre is very close.
