The bed was particularly good for a restful night's sleep. - Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any inquiries. - Breakfast: Although breakfast is served in the hotel next door, it is included in the stay and offers a varied and delicious buffet with plenty of options to choose from.

To self-pick up the key at office place is totally fine but to get to the apartment where is another location which is around 3-4 kms further might be struggle and not convenience for tourism with a big luggage. Only few cutlery is available.

This apartment is the worst I have ever stayed in Finland. Upon arrival at the apartment on 16 June 2024, I discovered that the toilet was in poor hygiene conditions, with visible feces, and had not been flushed, with a pungent smell! This situation is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk, especially since I was traveling with two young children, one of whom was only two years old. I immediately contacted the host to resolve this critical issue. However, it took an hour and a half to receive a response. Instead of acknowledging the problem with the toilet, the host changed the topic to the lack of an electric kettle and coffee machine, which was inconvenient but the main problem considering the unhygienic conditions. As a result, I had to book another hotel on Booking.com to ensure the safety of myself and my children. Given the unacceptable accommodation conditions and the lack of timely support from the host, I was forced to leave the hotel immediately without even staying a night.
