. + sauna (free of charge when we stayed); + walking distance to Oulu, free bikes were also available but we decided to do a nice walk instead; + free street parking only, but close by (follow host's instructions); + labels around the apartment in both English and Finnish and even few pictograms were a pleasant surprise! + winter garden perfect for relaxing after sauna; + bathroom with shower, wash-basin, toilet, washing machine and dryer; + another separate toilet with a wash basin (limited hours)

. - the room had limited space for belongings, mainly because "design" (many small items) was preferred over practical usability. The same applies to the whole apartment but it is no such issue in common spaces since those are huge, except for the lamp next to the sofa which creates a one-way bypass potentially prone to traffic jams ;) - some processes might need rethinking or explanation, for example the only shower is unavailable while sauna is in use and bathroom locked; - fridge would need cleaning around the seal; - the shower's thermostatic faucet is not capable of really cold water (after the sauna, we used a small hygienic shower by the wash-basin); - only small window could be opened in the room and only a bit, no insect nets (but no mosquitos thankfully); - central ventilation/aircon without any option to turn it off in the room

- Convenient Location: Proximity to the airport is a huge plus for early flights. - Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was particularly good for a restful night's sleep. - Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any inquiries. - Breakfast: Although breakfast is served in the hotel next door, it is included in the stay and offers a varied and delicious buffet with plenty of options to choose from.

Some items on the menu were not available. - Breakfast Location: One inconvenience is that breakfast is not served on-site, requiring a short walk to the neighboring hotel. Overall, Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport is a great choice for a short stay, especially if you're catching an early flight. With its clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location, it met most of my expectations. However, the dining options could use some improvement to better cater to late-night travelers.

I loved the feeling very cosy - like at home. Very clean, very Quiet. I loved the bed in the bedroom, the location and yet so Quiet to sleep. For this trip I needed my own peace so great that breakfast was in the own room - picked it up from the nearby Café. And 🧡 Sauna 🧡 a lovely lovely stay overall.

The curtains could have made the room slightly darker in the summer Night. The simple instructions how to see the local TV-channels would have been great!

To self-pick up the key at office place is totally fine but to get to the apartment where is another location which is around 3-4 kms further might be struggle and not convenience for tourism with a big luggage. Only few cutlery is available.

Breakfast at 5 am was really bad. You have to consider that many passengers go early to the airport and give then better breakfast.
